Love this tennis skirt. It's a hybrid of comfort and style. Sizing was true to size. Thanks Lululemon!
Received someone else's order. My shipping label. Wrong item and invoice. Did phone chat for 1 hour. Tried to get credit for wrong item. Reordered item again. Meanwhile Lulu reshipped original order. The 2nd order did not come packaged just a label slapped on product. My reorder came without a packing slip opened and appeared used in mailing envelope. Tried to return 2nd order, given an order number but the packing label will not print. Recalled customer service (ha ha) and was hung up on. Worst company ever. Stay away.
I recently got a shirt for my birthday with the gift receipt. I went to the store to exchange it since it was not my style. When i tried to exchange it, the cashier refused to do a exchange. He said the tag had damage so he could not take it. We are talking a $98 shirt, then he said the receipt states this. When I looked at the receipt it only said " with the original tag on the item" It has the original tag. My son cut the price part out. So in my opinion it is still intact. The cashier could very clearly see that it was a small part of the tag, and other than that it was intact. He was rude and refused to discuss it further.
I will never purchase from this company. Items are overpriced and there service sucks. I will also tell everyone about this horrible experience.
Tip for consumers:
Don't shop there.

As bad ad I can describe for lululemon's customer service, they are just not care about the customer, never meet their own committment.

My gift card used by other customer without my permission and awareness, but lululemon is not taking any responsibility.
My hubby n I is extremely disappointed with this response by Lululemon customer support received recently.
Lululemon offered $25 refund for a pair of BNWT Wunder Under leggings purchased in SG with defects.
I am a fan of Lululemon but this treatment really makes us doubt on the professionalism and the quality of the products.:-(
Bought All the Right Places High-Rise Drawcord Waist Crop 23" tights and recieved them Jan 6,2024, I work away for a month at a time so they effectively had 2 months of wear, maybe once per week. Approximatley a total of 8 wears and the seem in the crotch ripped. I used their customer service to submit an issue and was told that I had caused accidental damage. Just wondering how one causes accidental damage to the crotch area? Lol The seem definitely parted quickly upon receiving the goods and caused a two inch hold in the crotch. Lulu customer care basically told me to go fly a kite and effectively does not stand behind their products. This after a year before I ordered and received a pair just before Christmas and upon first wear the leg had a tear in it, I reached out to them at that time they basically said we're too busy with our Christmas sales rush to help you. So basically they think they are too big to fail and don't actually stand behind the quality of their products any longer. I had a pair of lulu's in the 2000's that lasted 7 years, now 8 wears for a 128$ pair or pants? No thank you, never again Lulu.
I ordered a black tennis skirt from them in the beginning of march for my girlfriends birthday in april because i saw there was a sale. I got the item couple days later but didn't want to take it out of the package so my girlfriend can have the joy of doing that. Today i randomly decided to open and just check to make sure i got it. When i opened it there was a pink extra small t shirt and the receipt did not have my name or my address it had someone else's. I contacted lululemon as fast as possible and they said since it was over the 30 day mark i can't return it. They did nothing for me and basically just took 50$ away from me. I thought big corporations like this don't scam people. I feel extremely violated and i will not be buying from them again

Unresponsive when I expressed dissatisfaction with a product. Was first just shrugged off then got an extremely rude response telling me they were not going to deal with me. I thought Lululemon guaranteed customer satisfaction?
I had no concerns at all when placing my order on their website. How could such a successful company have any problems? However, it turns out I was completely wrong. It has been 10 days since I placed the order, but the package still hasn't been handed over to FedEx. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that they would not ship it to me because FedEx did not pick up the package on time. This is frustrating, and it seems like an issue with their own company's backward system. They collect money from customers but fail to deliver goods promptly.
Eventually, the customer service representative informed me that they had good news – they could provide a refund. I found this situation extremely frustrating. I requested them to ship the package, but the customer service representative mentioned that there was no way to reship it. The only option was to place a new order, which is expected to be processed in 2 business days and shipped out in 3 business days. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and it seems like the company's quick influx of money may have led to these issues. DO NOT buy anything from them!
Tip for consumers:
Never buy from them!
Only half of my online order shipped, tracking said waiting for fed x to pick up for almost a week now. I call today to find out they made an error an will have to replace order. So now we will have to wait even longer for this xmas gift and all I got was a sorry! I will not be ordering from here again and I will pass word on that all you get is a sorry! Very disappointed lululemon you need to do better for the price we pay!
Two of my orders were never delivered!
I reached to the customer service and they gave all kind of excuses… asking me to ask my neighbours, the post office, even stated that my order may have been stolen from my front porch. I have secure cameras and I proof no package has arrived. Now, I wanted to be refunded, they only offer me part of what I spent and nothing else. Pure SCAMMERS! Don't buy online!
Tip for consumers:
Terrible service ! Over 70 days disputing to get this issue resolved!

We bought $148 pants today, went to go wear and found the sensors are still on the pants. I called to talk to manager because it's a 30+ minute drive for us to get there, then we had to wait in line outside for 15 minutes in the snow storm, just to get inside, to wait again when checking out, called manager, just said it's human error, nothing we can do, i asked again and let them know I'm unconvinced, I'm frustrated by this, daughter can't wear to event tonight that we bought outfit for, they said just come in and we'll take the sensor off. No apology! That's what i get for buying $148 pants.

I have a black jacket from lululemon on the top of it has a glue and it's opening, and how do u know it is not cheap, so I went to change it the say it is over month and it is already dressed up so we can't. I am not ganna waste my maney there anymore. Because, any other store sell brands, respect the customers should have warranty at least 1 year. By the way lululemon wasn't the policie like that before. Unfortunately.

My first order I ever placed came with security tags which is apparently very common.
My next two orders never shipped or processed at all. Worse, I called their customer service about it and their answer was, "I don't know." — I've been in customer service for decades, so I am always kind to the messengers. It's really their shipping/warehouse/order processing teams that are horrendous and probably underpaid and undervalued.
I will definitely never order again!
Tip for consumers:
Call or go in to place an order - I wouldn’t trust their system. Period.

I tried ordering a pair of leggings for my daughter with a $100 gift card that I got her for her birthday. The card didn't work. I get a different error message every time I enter or scan it. Tried calling customer support… 3 hour wait! Tried using the chat… doesn't load. Contacted them by email… took 4 days to get a response and all they did was ask for a picture of the error - which I had already sent in my initial email. Now I'm stuck waiting for the next response. I don't have high hopes of them resolving this online and the next store is 2.5 hours away. You'd think a company that sells $100 leggings would have better customer service than the Dollar Store but nope…
I've spent tens of thousands at lulu with the incorrect assumption that I was buying quality that a reliable company would stand behind. I bought one of the most expensive yoga mats on the market and within a year, it had basically disintegrated into dust. Customer service calls it normal wear and tear. Clearly cheap material not designed for actual long term use.
I paid half for a better replacement. I should have researched but for years I blindly trusted lulu to sell quality or, at the very least, make things right. I was a fool.
I am small--5 feet 1 inch tall and weigh 88 pounds. I usually wear size 0 or 00, but because Lululemon's sizing seemed to run really small, I ordered a size 2. They fit everywhere except in the waist, which was MUCH too small. When I went to exchange them, I discovered that they were on sale, so the sale was final! What kind of store doesn't allow items on sale to be returned? And whoever came up with Lululemon's sizing must expect women to be shaped like Barbie. Beware of this expensive, customer unfriendly and women unfriendly business!
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Be aware that sizing is way off, and sale items are not returnable.

Leggings, except I can't use them because they are too small, and I can't return them because they don't accept/exchange sale items. I called the business, and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I was cut off.
I would give them ZERO stars if that were an option. Their sizing is way off. I normally take a size 6. According to the sizing chart on their website, it should have fit. I have a 26-inch waist and 35 inch hips. The size 6 shorts were extremely tight. It was also final sale so they didn't want to let me return them. After arguing with them, they agreed to give me a gift card. When I asked her for a transcript of our chat conversation, she ghosted me.
So after I returned the size 6 shorts, I ordered the size 10. It fits on my waist, but cuts my thighs in a way that it looks like fat is spilling out. Even though I'm a fairly lean/muscular girl.
Also, the material is $#*!.
Their clothes used to be true to size and of much better quality.
Are they trying to make normal size girls feel fat?
This business strategy, whatever it is, is not making me want to ever purchase from them again.

- the refund is not for items that are on sale
Bought 2 pair of leggings in a moment of weakness. Both snagged within 30 days of each other. I heard that they warrant their product and so I went to the store but was dismissively told that their 'warranty' only applies when the stitching comes apart. My daughter convinced me to give the company another chance so I went to their online 'chat' site. I was suspect when the intro line (before I even asked a question) was basically an admonishment about what's NOT covered by their product warranty. I was dumbfounded though when very next statement from the rep was basically 'get lost'. Under 15 seconds from 'hello' to 'screw you' is a new record in my world but probably not in Lululemon's world. At $150 per customer ($300 from idiots like me who bought 2 pair at once), I guess they can afford to stay in business without repeat business.
I have recently purchased three pairs of lululemon pants that came apart at the seams. Like completely apart between the legs, and unraveled on the front & back! I have been a devoted customer for over 10 years and never had an issue. I contacted customer service thinking that they would repair them, spent over an hour on two live chats, gave my info three times, photos and emails. I was told the whole time that they would help me out. I just received an email yesterday with them saying their quality does not cover "external force" or "normal wear and tear". Your telling me that your pants that you charge over $100 for, do not last over 3 months, and it is my issue not yours? Yes, my thighs do touch, I don't have the perfect body but I also have never had this happen to any other pants in my lifetime.
Wish I read the reviews for their online store before purchasing.
What kind of online store doesn't allow you to exchange for the right size?!
Terrible customer service, stuck with $100 leggings that don't fit. Tags still on, contacted them on the same day I received it and tried on. Won't authorise an exchange because they "made too much". That doesn't even make sense.
I finally bought a few items at Lulu and I'm so sad they started pilling even before washing! Who knows how bad they will be after washing, ugh. I really liked the fit, it is cute but what kind of quality is this when items cost over $100? Really bad.

I will not order from your company again. I tried to buy two online gift cards for my nieces and the order was rejected. I called my credit card company and they stated they approved the order to go through. I called your customer service. They offered NO explanation but just said I will have to go into the store. Honestly who has time for that with the holiday crowds? Your agent had a personality of a door knob too by the way. You just lost an order and I can tell by the reviews there are a lot of unsatisfied people.
I had sent my pants in for hemming and I never received an email saying it was ready. I made multiple calls to the store with the work order number. After more than a week of waiting, I walked into the store and asked. They had lost my pants!
I was eventually given a gift certificate to re buy it if and when it is back in stock, but I was quite disappointed in the service.

I truly do not know how anyone can rate lululemon below 5 stars. You can return pants from ten years ago without proof of sale and get a store balance. I do not know any other place that does that. If you have any issues, the customer service will help you and they are truly AMAZING. If there is an inconvenience, they will send you a store balance JUST for the inconvenience. You have pants with a hole or bad pilling? Send them back (or return in store) and get a complete refund (store credit). Like I said, they can be second hand, from a thrift shop, or gifted, they will give you store credit if there is anything wrong with the product. Products are 10/10 quality, and with their policies, you can not say it does not deserve the hype it gets.
