Yes. It is based in the United States of America. Nowhere else. Has users from all over the world

Its moderated by "English speaking" foreigners from the way they type grammatically speaking and I have learned that one of the founders is russian and lived for a time in Canada. Go figure. Explains the PC left leaning moderation.
