If the item does not have the Fast Shipping logo, the processing time is 5 - 11 working days. I see alot of bad reviews on one page and some good reviews on the other. how long is your shipping? are the frames on the sight 100% authentic?

Hello, I understand your concerns. Delivery and Processing time are different and are separate process. We have items which are in stock and can be shipped within 24 hours. Others have longer processing time. Please check the processing time when ordering. While for delivery, it will take about 3 to 5 working days. While some countries, it may take about 5 to 9 working days. Other countries have express shipping method, with a delivery time frame of about 1 to 3 days. All our products are authentic and comes from original brand, while others are sourced from authorized dealer of the brand.
