Sofamania

I have waited over six weeks with no notification besides the order confirmation on our couch. We called in the later half of week 6 and they said our fabric was unavailable and it would be three more weeks... a notification would be nice. On the phone call we had the opportunity to switch the fabric out and it would be shipped within two days if not that day... well three days pass and fed ex informed us that our package would be there on the third day if sofamania would have sent our couch to fed ex. Long story short the amount of time it takes to get in touch with customer service is ridiculous and that my partner and I have waited almost two months twiddling our thumbs. Never order from here unless you love disappointment.

I ordered two Kandy Victorian- Style Chesterfield Velvet Double Sofas from Sofamania.com in the color beige however one half of my order was shipped in the incorrect color light grey. I contacted sofamania.com customer service and after I sent them a few photos of the incorrect product received, they promptly resolved my issue by having the correct sofa color shipped to my home within a couple of days. Thank you sofamania.com team for making this correction as seamless as possible; I will continue to be a return customer ;)

I loved the couch when we first got it. Easy to follow instructions to put it together, it fits in my living room perfectly and looks really nice! But I've had the couch for less than two months and the back has broken. I have no kids, no pets, etc. I was watching a movie when the back suddenly broke when I leaned back. Here's hoping that the couch was just faulty and Sofamania will rectify the situation without hassle. We'll see.

Received a leather love seat that was not packaged correctly. There should be reinforcements in each corner (4) but there were only 2 reinforcements. Love seat was damaged opening the box. It is not possible to open a cardboard box big enough for a love seat without damaging the merchandise when the reinforcements are not used in the corners. They admitted this was packaged wrong but will not take it back. Their mistake... and I have a damaged piece of furniture.

Purchased Cyrus leather recliner. In less then 2 months it has totally fallen apart. The foot lift broke first. Next one side started pulling away, then the seat dropped. We found it was held together by staples that pulled out. Don't waste your money!

I am happy with this sofa cum bed as i can use it for various purposes when needed... Quality is good... No damage during transit... Easily convertible... Lovely color... Matches with my home decor... In all a nice product...

Very good looking. Stable, does not move. Assembly took a hour, but it is not complicated.
The space between slats is 4". Unfortunately my bed requires no more than 3". It would have been nice to see this detail on the website.

Fantastic looking table and chairs, looks more expensive than it costs. Very pleased with the quality of item and so far we have brought three of them in my family. Fabric was of superfine quality and sofa looks good in person... Very comfortable... Delivery was very much on time, minimum assembly required, descriptive instructions helped me to get it done so quickly...

The purple color of futon matches with my room decor and looks wonderful... Wooden base and legs is of good material... An extra leg made of steel really provides great support... What more you can ask in this price? Shipping was quick & delivered earlier than expected... I feel like sitting in for long hours... Fabric is also good and sofa is as desired by me!

After we narrowed down many of the furniture sites, we feel that Sofamania is the best choice for purchasing a sofa. It's spacious, thick, supportive padding and so on.

This piece really provides ultra comfort as described... Tufted design features classy and sophisticated look and i am happy that i received it earlier than expected... Sitting is very comfortable; and packaging did suprise me a little as it was packed in a way such that no damages occur... Also it seems to be sturdy & durable... Well done!

Purchased this sofa for my main room. Arrived very quickly & in good condition... Minimum assembly was required... Beautiful color which oozes out fresh feeling everytime. Very comfortable & looks amazing at my home. Durability is good... Would recommend you to everyone!

The chair is super-comfortable. Ergonomic design supports lower back and keeps me sitting upright and comfortable at my desk. I find it's much better than those new mesh chairs that don't really support your body or back. Sofamania lack on variety on chairs as there were just a few models to choose from, however they make it up by selling the quality stuff. For a chair like this you can't go wrong (even when you are paying less than $70) with sofamania. I received a shipping notification on the next day of order and they were able to deliver on the 5th day, not bad! I am testing this chair and so far it is going good, I will update my review after a few more days. As of now I am happy with the chair and Sofamania!

Great experience so far with Sofamania, even better this time, quality of futon shows that they have somehow manage to offer superior products for the price, their prices are sometimes too good to be true, and I remain skeptical about the quality but they were able to exceed my expectations everytime, sometimes they delay in shipping but rest all is good.

Color looks fresh. Fabric is good and laying on it provides warmth and comfort. Impressed with fast shipping and timely updates. Holes were properly aligned and instructions were very simple & clear which made me assemble the product easily. I hope it lasts long as i really love this piece...

After my initial review, someone from Sofamania reached out to me directly to help make right what happened.

They sent me a brand new bed at no charge, and followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. I still think the warranty of 30 days is absurd, and that will prevent me from buying anything from them in the future, but I do appreciate their efforts to fix the situation.

It can hold good weight & 3 people can easily fit into it. Reversible chaise is an additional feature for this sectional... Perfect setup for when guests come at home... Look wise also it is wonderful... Stuffed material like poly fiber provides great comfort during sitting... I am happy that it is with ottoman & i received it in affordable price... Though it was not very easy to assemble still i & my husband managed to assemble it & now it makes our room more attractive...

My mother purchased a sectional from sofamania around 3 months back. This was for our living room. Only a few units were in stock when she ordered. She was very excited and very nervous at the same time as this was her first online furniture purchase. She had a lots of questions popping up in her mind so I suggested her to speak to Customer Service. We get to speak wit a very well mannered rep and she cleared all our doubts about the with ease. Just one word! WOW! I am so impressed with this TV stand, its wooden finish and slanted legs are so beautiful! I was looking for a stand to match my living room decor and it took me some time before pulling the trigger on this purchase. My wife is also happy with this purchase. Customer service reps were very much helpful, however they need to work on their shipping, I am taking away one star for that, otherwise they deserve five star.
