The only problem I have experienced was when I have ordered photo charms, and engraved charms, they do take a little longer to produce, however, when I emailed to chase it up after not receiving any communication for a week or two, the customer services were very helpful. There had been a problem in the making of my charms, and quality control sent them back to be re-done. I was delighted with them when I received them.

Their headquarter is in Hongkong, all the products are from China but they have a warehouse in New Jersey.
They are not scam. I've been ordering from them for about 10 times and each of them came within 3 weeks. The silver bracelet and most of the charms I ordered are beautiful, especially the photo charms. But I don't like the clasp of their leather bracelet, it's difficult to open and very loose.

Somewhere in Southeast Asia. Horrible experience. Two months to get order, a month after Christmas unfortunately. No one to talk to, you have to be threatening to get any kind of response. Even then, the response was " if you're unsatisfied return the product and we will refund you".

Depending on the location you order from, they ship from warehouses nearby. Since I am from Europe, the shipment is from Netherlands. My friend from USA received it from USA. Last year some of my orders came from China, but they let me know before placing the order where the stock was so I should expect delays. Usually all my packages arrived 2-3 weeks, maximum 1 month when they had too many orders (Christmas, Easter, Valentine's).

They are located someplace over seas, It took two months to get my things I ordered as Christmas gifts, had to write to them a few times before they responded but when I did finally get the items I was very happy with my purchase. The bracelet and the charms were beautiful. But I would not order from them again unless I am prepared to wait two months. They state on their web site that the items are sent out within a couple of days but if you do the picture charms or something special be prepared to wait. They are not scamming you they are legit but they don't tell you that the items are coming from over seas. Good luck, great prices and great stuff.

I believe it is in Thailand or Singapore... No way to contact a real person :(( Only via email. Frustrating when looking to ask questions and having to wait days for a response. But I loved the bracelet I got with photo charms.
