Would not recommend. DO NOT waste your money on this site. They do not stick by their returns policy. I recently purchased 4 dresses (over £400) - two which were unsuitable and damaged. They refused to refund me (even though I had written conformation that if they dresses where unsatisfactory I could return and get a refund or at least an exchange).
I was left with numerous emails back and forth repeating everything over and over. They will suggest a pathetic £20 compensation stating 'stating they don't want to waste my time or energy' - I've clearly wasted my money too. Absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT BUY.

Shopping Stacees website was easy, and fun. While we ordered my daughter's dress with base size zero, it's nice to know Stacees will do "made to order" sizing.

The dress shipped fast and was exactly as we expected, beautiful!

I ordered two dresses this year (2024) from Stacees. One was for my nephew's wedding, and one was for a Gala/ fundraiser. Both dresses were beautiful, well made, and came carefully packaged inside of a reusable dress bag. I plan on continuing to wear these dresses for other events in the future. I will continue purchasing from Stacees. Their dresses are of great quality, and for being made-to-order they are very affordable! Great customer service as well if you have any questions.

This was a beautiful dress for my daughter's junior homecoming court. It came in quickly and fit like a glove. I did have it custom sized as she is 6'. It looked exactly as pictured and a great value for the price!

I ordered two dresses from Stacees and was so happy with the quality of the gowns. Buying online can be scary, but I am so glad I took the chance and got two incredibly beautiful dresses without breaking the bank. I had to get them adjusted slightly, but even my seamstress asked me where I got the dresses from and said they were very high quality.

My dress came exactly as ordered and has held up great. It really made my Prom the best it could be. The customer service has also been great and they check on me every few months to make sure i'm still satisfied.

I looked and felt absolutely beautiful. The dress came quickly and with rich and luxurious quality. I'm happy to have it as a part of my wardrobe and will definitely be ordering in the future. If you're debating, don't. Buy the dress!

The dress was perfect for my daughter! The color was a little darker than expected but turned out even better. We paid to customize the size and that was perfect too. Well worth the minimal fee.
The only thing I wished at the time was more communication on tracking, delivery, etc.

My daughter picked out her dress, the site offered step by step instructions for measurements which made it easy. The dress came right when they said it would and fit perfectly! Great quality and experience. Definitely recommend!

Purchased my dress to wear as MOB at my daughter's wedding. I chose to pay the extra (extremely reasonable!) fee to have it custom made to my measurements, including having it made as mid length instead of floor length. I received an email the next day asking for some additional measurements and it included specific info about exactly how to measure each place. Five weeks later the dress appeared in a nice bag in my mailbox. It was perfect - fit like a glove. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Stacees!

This is my second time ordering from them. Absolutely stunning every time. The first was for my engagement dress. The one I just bought was for my bridesmaid dresses. It's Absolutely gorgeous. I did the generic sizing and they reached out any way to make sure what i was getting was accurate. They responded quickly to emails and even checked in after it was delivered.

Dress was absolutely beautiful! Color was great, just what my daughter wanted. Fit was perfect. Ordering online was simple and dress arrived in time that was estimated for its arrival. Will definitely order from here again!

I came across Stacees on a facebook page about planning weddings. I checked out the site and found two dresses that I plan to use for my wedding ceremony and photography session. The dresses are beautiful and fit very well. I will definitely consider Stacees again for special occasion dresses!

We ordered a custom dress. We could not be happier with the quality and the way it fit! Absolutely loved it! My daughter received so many compliments! This is our second dress from Stacees and I guarantee we will be ordering from them again.

The ordering process was simple. We chose the option to have custom fit, but I screwed up the measurements. Stacees caught the mistake immediately and explained how to properly measure. With the correct measurements, the dress arrived quicker than promised and it was perfect. My daughter is 5'0 and 80lbs so finding a floor length dress at retail store was impossible. We would have spent another $100 on alterations. The color selection was a little too good because we had a hard time deciding between the blues - they were all on trend colors. I have another daughter and will probably order another dress next spring. If there were more than five stars, that's what I would have given them. Order SM*******790.

I decided to go for the tailored dress but sent a wrong measurement.
They queried it as the dress would have been really short and reassured me it would be done with the correct measurements.
The delivery time was as they said.
The dress was perfect and I had lots of compliments about it.
I would definitely recommend them to others.

I was worried I would not receive this dress in time for my daughter's homecoming, so I reached out to Stacees to share my concerns. Not only did I get the dress early, the representative sent multiple emails updating the status of my order. The dress arrived in perfect condition and my daughter loved it!

Ordered and received within a week. Daughter fit pre-sized measurements so we didn't need to do any specialty order. The dress is very very well made. Lined and fit very nicely. Daughter loved her dress!

Over all quality was great! Big girls fit great! Ordered for my daughter along with 4 other girls! I was very scared because the smaller girls dresses were shipped toooo small! Measurements were not what was sent in. It was a nightmare because we didn't have time to send back. A corset was made for one of them and both were short but they put their booty shorts underneath! The girls looked great but a little scary with measurements for the little ones. We all loved the dress but not the experience. I pray that the other 2 moms are reimbursed due to not getting what they ordered. It was sad, but we improvised and made it work.

The dress shipped in a timely fashion and is beautiful. I would suggest adding a little more material to the seams just incase they have to be altered. It is a little tight on the chest.

It took a few times for them to get the dress right but after three tries I was given the correct dress size and color I am neutral if I would buy from them again it depends on what I'd be buying
