When will swap again be accepting inbound shipments?

I am told: SOON! I just got an email that they will be inviting current sellers in waves to send in boxes. I will believe it when I see it.

I was charged twice for each box that I sent to SWAP to sell. ($11.90 x 2). Why? Swap recycle all my rejected items (no returns).
Swap, if you're going out of business, please have the decency to tell us.
