on 6/21/20There is a one-time fee for both buyers and sellers. Buyers pay $60 online for lifetime access to our website. Sellers pay a range of $200-1000 depending on the package and range of exposure that the seller chooses. Our website is a DIY marketplace.
Sure is, $200-$1000 for someone looking to get out of their lease. But all of their "packages" are the same. There is no extra work done on their part to do one that is supposedly worth 1k. I mean how is posting a "Facebook ad" or "Instagram ad" worth a $1000. They barely have a following. It's laughable. And the buyer, they tell you $60. But at any point in time you can get it for $39 and if it's a holiday they'll go to $29. No worries they'll spam you enough with emails, you'll never miss the "sale"
Yes I paid 800.00 dollars for them to post it but then I did all the work myself with phone call after phone call
