They are a scam. They take your money and deliver a lower quality item and say it's per their terms and conditions.

Their website says they are local, but they are a floral brokerage.

Scam - product received not as shown. Uses COVID 19 as the reason for poor quality product at a shocking price.

I THINK IT IS A SCAM! They took my money, did not deliver and I am having trouble getting refunded.
I got different excuses depending on who I was talking to. I was guaranteed delivery after they didn't deliver the first order. 30 minutes after placing the order someone called to cancel for yet another reason. Their Customer Service SuCKS! They need to fire them.

Scamsters! This company does not give the product that you expect, then cites their "substitution policy" as a reason not to compensate you for their malfeasance!

It was a scam and rip-off to me. I was told that it takes 24 hrs to get a response via email probably because of the volume of upset customers

Following up on my previous post to be completely transparent, Terry's did cancel my debit card charge. But the damage was still done.

Scam. Took my order on line, then called within a couple of hours to say "we have no flowers" - how does a florist have no flowers! Covid excuses are over. Do not use.

SCAM DO NOT USE! THEY DIDN'T DELIVER AND THEN CALLED BACK AND SAID IT WAS STOLEN!

They are a scam. First i asked if they were local, I should have listened to how they answered the question, they said they deliver in my area. So i ordered flowers for the next day delivery for a 95 year old woman's birthday. They called me the day after her birthday saying there was a problem and they didn't get delivered. They said the flowers I wanted weren't in stock. I told them that was a lie because I had told them to deliver whatever that on hand. I did get a full refund but the 95 year old woman never got her flowers on her birthday. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

Scam. They delivered flowers but they were nothing at all like the picture. The top of the page says there was a discount, but oh no, not this time. I feel cheated, and after reading others experiences, I concur, they are scammers. I will inform my credit card company and have the charges reversed hopefully. From what I have seen they won't willingly give a refund for their ridiculous idea of a bouquet of flowers.

SCAM! DoorDashed a $40 grocery store flower bouquet after I paid $100. DoorDash alerted my daughter that they were delivering her Safeway Flowers. They are ignoring me but my bank won't.

A total scam! Didn't deliver, sketchy call center and definitely not legit!

From my experience, completely legit. Ordered from their website, requested same-day service, and they delivered on time with quality product.
