The flowers were delivered within 6 hours of ordering! They were absolutely gorgeous! The only thing I did not like was the vase they substituted from original advertisement. I understand they have to do that from time to time. All in all I would definitely order from them again but ask about vase availability next time. Thank you Terry's for also following my request of being delivered to an actual person and not just left! Couldn't find delivery pic. Will update.
TOTAL rip off. Not the 45% off as advertised and $18.99 "service fee" for employees salary and building upkeep. These things are the cost of doing business and should not be pased on to your customers. Or is the $18.99 really in lieu of the "free" delivery? Very dissapointed...will never use again

I ordered flowers for a funeral for Saturday. I called today to make sure the order was underway. I was told that the order was cancelled. THE DAY BEFORE THE FUNERAL. I did not receive any email or other notification until I was talking to their representative. During our conversation, I was told that there was nothing they could do, as the order was already cancelled, even though at that time, I had received no notification.

Just don't use them. Use another, more reliable florist.

I selected this florist in "Mandan, ND" because the site said it was local. The product was delivered on time. However, it was not even close to the picture provided on the website. I ordered a beautiful arrangement for a funeral and what they delivered could have been arranged by anyone in their kitchen using flowers from the grocery store. It was bad, really bad. I complained by email and they offered me a $25.00 refund. The arrangement we received was mostly fern fronds and a few roses. I am mad at myself for being so careless in selecting a florist.

It is not a local site. They scam people by providing small arrangements that are not close to the pictures and fall back on their substitution policy. My arrangement was delivered, but many people gave feedback that they did not even deliver anything.

I order flowers for my neighbor funereal, they never showed. Flowers showed the next day at the church, not what was ordered.or promised. When I called and final spoke with a manage (Jay) to express my dissatisfaction with what went on, the manager, hung up on me. They ruined the funereal for my neighbor's family and my family. If I could do it, I would give them a -negative 10 stars, Never, Never Never use this scam company.
Do not order from Terry's Florist! I ordered flowers for mother's day a week prior and 3 days before they sent an email saying they cant deliver because of supply issues. However they will be refunding my money. I checked my bank account and indeed the refund was pending so I sent an email saying how disappointed I was and that they could have at least offered a different arrangement. Now the refund has disappeared! No communication from the company either!
Absolutely do not order from this place! It's a total SCAM. The site said same day delivery. NOT! They trick you into the site is a locally owned business. IT's NOT! They say free delivery in the area. They charged for the delivery. We never received the flowers, now I'm working to get my 90 bucks back
I ordered flowers and what was received was nothing like what I ordered. On top of that a portion of the flowers were already noticeably dying. When I contacted the company with my concerns all the company they had to say was they were within there rights based on the flower substitution policy. Which I disagree that the substitution was of same value. But on the bigger issue they choose not to address the dying flower issue all together. I did reach out to them again, they are now ignoring me. With delivery I spent $91. Pictures attached, what I ordered, what was received, two pictures of the dying flowers. The pictures were taken the day the flowers were received.
So incredibly disappointed.

My mom saw a gorgeous bouquet online called the Bountiful Blooms bouquet. She was excited and wanted to surprise me for my birthday. Unfortunately, it was on Terry's Florist website, which explains it all. They should really be ashamed of themselves. $80 for a cheap bouquet of mostly filler? Not only that, my mom ordered that specific bouquet because it was very autumn looking. They instead replaced it with pastel pink. How is this even close to fall colors? Never again. Please, don't order from them. You'll get something 100% different than what you ordered.
Also, she contacted customer service, and got 3 pages of "substitution" policy papers. Horrible company, horrible customer service, horrible human beings. Karma's a b**** and it's coming your way eventually, Terry's Florist.

Ordered flowers for my Mother's Day gift a week ahead of the delivery date.She never received them. After waiting 30 minutes on the phone, I was informed they cancelled my order due to supply issues. I live 600 miles away and can't replace anything at this point!

Ordered a $100 Holiday Arrangement and my recipient received $15 worth of horribly arranged flowers. When we attempted to correct the situation, it took 3 days and 5 emails to get a "manager" to call back, which was still not helpful in any way!

Terry's Florist uses a classic method of "Bait & Switch"... as you will see from ALL the unsatisfied customer reviews. Chose an arrangement from their site then deal with a different selection sent. They sent "tired" Roses with black edges, this means old flowers, also wrong vase sent. Instead of tall rectangular modern vase as they show on the site, they sent a short see through cheap glass vase... yes they send what they want for whatever reason... unacceptable! Good luck getting them to acknowledge their mistake. Best advise if you (unfortunately) used their services, call your credit card co. And stop payment/open claim.

Simply put... DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! The problem here is how they handle your issue. No valid customer support. Empty promises that someone will call you back. Even after providing evidence showing the wrong delivery, they still question the images provided. You should always get what you order, or at least hope you do, otherwise there needs to be an attempt to correct the problem or offer to credit your order.

Reading these reviews made me realize my only recourse is to vent here and save myself time/frustration by contacting them again. Delivery was not made day before Thanksgiving...probably only got delivered because I contacted them many times to find out what the problem was! Said the order went out...they had to contact the driver...guess he took them home overnight! Definitely not the leaf lined square glass "low stuffed" arrangement I ordered...more like the "freeway" flowers in a mosaic vase. Very disappointed...ordered the "premium" for our granddaughter.
Ordered for Mother's day. Wanted to shop a local small biz. The called twice first to get a card name second an hour later to cancel order saying they are out of flowers no substitute. All this after I had contacted elderly Mom to alert her of delivery. I do not recommend... Stay away!

The first picture is what my friend received the second one is what I paid for. $90.00 only to find out that this company isn't even in Ocean Springs and uses another florist who apparently can not arrange flowers. It looks like someone went to Lowes and put ugly and cheap plants in an even uglier basket. Also all customer service people have accents. So it probably isn't even in the United States. Please don't waste your time or money.
You would be better off to go to your garden pick our crappy flowers and send them. Please look at photos - I placed an order for the Lavender & White bouquet. I chose it because my sister sitting room in lavender and white. HUH - what the hell did they send her? Crappy already open roses (which means they are old) and daisy aka weeds. When address with the business they responded about supply shortages *blah blah - then take those off the website and offered $10.99 refund. Thanks but no thanks. I will take up with AMEX. I had my nephew go get flowers from Trader Joes with apologies. Shame on you Terry's Florist. Look and respond to your reviews.
Flowers never delivered. Put on "muzak" hold for infinity when I called. Reported to Facebook and Instagram. I believe it is a sham business. They only refunded after I made several phone calls and told them I would dispute charge with my bank and report as fraud. Lesson learned!

Sent two orders. One delivered to wrong address. Left outside in the snow. Called 800 number, told to send pics of the issues. Did so, they offered me a $14.99 refund on a $165 dollar order. Filing complaint with Better Business Bureau and will tell everyone I know not to order! Beware! See pics... what was ordered versus what was received.
This flower company is a scam and they are $#*! holes! Don't ever order from them. I ordered my mom flowers for her birthday and she didn't even get flowers delivered. What she got was a plant that looked nothing like the picture!
Ordered an FTD style basket, discussed price, same day delivery. Florist said that it could be done as pictured and delivered that day. Florist called back, stated did not get supply chain delivery, delivery now tomorrow. Next day, recipient sends photo, I email florist. Note with flowers says "Great Scot". Flowers look nothing like what was promised. Florist states there is clause, they can use any flowers on hand. I remind that Florist agreed to photo. Florist offers $17 refund. More emails, Florist offers complete refund. In 3-5 days. We'll see.

Advertised as same day delivery available for only specific arrangements. So I pick one for same day, pay and then an hour later I get a text saying they apologize they cant make the delivery and do not have the flowers and it will be tomorrow but designers choice. I call to find out what's happening, there was a "car accident, flowers damaged, issues with flowers in stock" fine, whatever delivery tomorrow, but they will put extra flowers in there for me. Now that I've read all these reviews, I am wishing I had seen them first before making an order today for my friends to receive flowers at home with their new baby. God help me the flowers will be decent tomorrow if that happens. Oh, just got another text while doing this review apologizing for my flowers no longer can be arranged for mentioned for someone else, had to call again and the message was "sent in error". Please say a prayer...
Ordered a beautiful butterfly Bouquet for a friend that was retiring. I got this ugly, mostly green leaves a few half dead flowers in dirty water. I called to complain. They didn't care, no refund or sending me the actual flowers I order. Money seam to be their goal, not customer service.
