on 12/3/20Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they managed to get them to email me and finally give me a full refund. Don't give up, this company doesn't provide good quality nor good customer service.
Don't ask for answers. Call them and tell them you know they don't actually have a florist but instead work out of a home in Colts Neck NJ. They get flustered and start going of the programmed answers.
