on 1/23/21Brick has worst customer service. Their service department in New Market office are extremely pathetic.
Online price was cheaper than other companies. However, had I known that product would be delayed for possibly 2+ months (with payment taken up front), it isn't worth the $20 savings from purchasing at the Brick (for a freezer)
I did my research before making this decision and the price was within our budgtet.
They had the items we liked at great prices. Our salesperson was also excellent, and helped us find exactly what we needed.
