Didn't your mother ever teach your manners and I have been with customer service for 15 yrs. You do not speak to customer's like that at all and customers stop with the threats if that's what you feel is happened then just go do it don't tall about doing it arguing isn't gonna solve anything. Get the lawyer at all cost stop these kind of people who takes and treat people who can not afforded other means when someone goes all the the way with a legal step it helps out people's that is in hopes of finding someone they can really trust these people agreed to pay for the card why do they have to be taken a ride because it's not a master or visa shame on all of you guys you're no different than the Big Orange Man. If you are a employee of horizon outlet, I hope that is not how you speak to customers because I have a family member who has applied for this card because of her low credit score to rebuild it. If this is a scam I personally do have the money for a lawyer and will take every possible route entitled by law to put every employee and you behind bars for a very long time.
