on 6/20/15I have only sent one bag with 14 items, all in excellent condition and I followed the guidelines. I got zilch, zero, nada, nothing, no money at all. I think they are dishonest. Sorry, I have no experience with them as far as returns. Good luck with customer service.
I wouldn't trust this company with any transaction at all. You're better off handling it yourself they won't give you a penny and they won't respond this been my experience
I've never returned an item. They say you can send them back. I only send items, I just take what I can get to get rid of the item.
Not unless it is damaged and thats whats wrong, or was sold as the wrong size, if you just dont like it, they dont take returns. I got a dress that came with a hole in it, they refunded the 7.99 to my account for the dress, but not the 4.99 shipping and didnt ask me to mail it back.
Yes, you can but there is a penalty and you have to pay for shipping. I think that you have to do it within 2 weeks. To shif my 2 shirts it was going to cost me 8.00 to get a 15.00 refund. I decided to keep them and donate them to goodwill.
I have only had one experience with a return. The item did not fit as I wanted it to. I returned it per their guidelines and the cost of the item only was put back into my account. I did not pay for shipping as they will provide a shipping label online when you go through the return process.
