Are the tickets for the anjelah johnson show on may 4th at the gramercy theatre real? the people at the box off at the theatre said that ticket brokers sell the same tickets to numerous people and then only one person gets in. is this true

My friend and i purchased a ticket for adele's concert at the staple center on aug 10,2016 at 7:30. we are waiting for the confirmation email. my question is, the email shows our seats as section lot b and row: parking? what does this mean? the ticket cost $86 and yet with the fees, the total went up to $115?

Do you get you're money back if an error happens

Not in my case. When I asked for a refund, these horrible people told me that "all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds". In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.
