i'd like to try Tickpick but saw a number of reviews where buyers did not get the tix they paid for--delivery or seller problems. is this fixed?

Amy, You have a better chance of winning the lottery... without buying a ticket. Than you do getting tickets as advertised through this company. Believe the negative reviews as I wish I did before paying for tickets I never received.
