Good luck! Tophatter rippes off the sellers so they are not going to be very likely to return your money.

I only got a response when I filed a complaint with the better business Bureau.

I had to go thru PayPal. Eventually they ruled in my favor and gave my money back but tophatter was useless. If you paid with PayPal, file a claim, It's fairly easy. It took maybe like 2 weeks for a decision.

In one of the scroll down features there is option that takes care of it. Go to the page where where you bought item or going to. Scroll down where it says return or whats wrong etc. There you explain and usually get instant refund.

Yes they do with no regard for the sellers either.

You won't. You'll file and get a response that they find for the seller... happened twice.

You might already realize this by reading the other answers but one fact is simple never purchase anything from Tophatter unless you have PayPal as an option that is the only way you'll ever get money back. Even with PayPal there is no guarantee I've had to use their resolution service in the past and it did work for me took about a week and a half but did get my money back. Quit wasting your time with Tophatter, a bunch of crooks ask buyers and or sellers. You will never get resolution, lick your wounds and move on...

Don't go through your app. Go to your browser. I noticed that my seller responded right away but the app didn't show it. And still don't. But browser did show the response. Otherwise I don't believe you'd be getting a refund anytime soon. But good luck! I know I won't be back on there.

File a dispute with both
Tophatter and Paypal. It worked for me.

I did everything and never got anywhere. I recived purse i didnt even order. And i was just stuck out all my money. I just stop useing them
