I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with the Attorney General, this site is a fraud and needs to be shut down.

Delete the app and shop somewhere else.

There is also the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION that can help with these types of problems

I filed complaints with BBB, Tophatter hasn't responded. But just don't shop there...
Seller hasn't responded either...

Ordered a quadcopter which was not advertised as from China - Seller claims to be from Texas - Bogus crossed out ' original suggested retail. Showed a shipper who I; ve never heard of picked the item from manufacturer in one Chinese city, passed through other ' distribution centers '... showd arrived in Canada - no shipper of this name operates in Canada. Estimated maximum arrival date was more than 30 days - It's now almost 2 months and all tracking information on Tophatter site has been completely removed. Complaint to PayPal and Zero response from ' seller ' listed as Tophatter. This is sure looking like a massive Fraud all over Tophatter. I have little doubt that I have been scammed by these con artists... based on so many complaint sites saying the same things about buyer experiences - over and over again. Sigh. I DETEST THIEVES SO MUCH.

I am not sure how you can contact the seller, I don't see access to send them a message as I can only contact customer service and they are no help.

I agree with Amber I deleted the app and will go thrift store shopping where I can see and touch the merchandise. If is too good to be true it probably is.

Contact your credit card if they won't refund you

To the person that last commented I've seen you before and I know you work for tophatter but I have been purchasing from wish and it had just the opposite experience from them my products are on time wall package stand in good condition and have never received the wrong item, just the opposite of what happens at tophatter and tophatter doesn't care they make their money they don't go after the sellers why would they it comes out of their pocket not the sellers pocket, just as eBay did and its earlier days and some more recent cases they will find themselves in court and come out broke more than likely
