do not order from the website horrible customer service and shipping is terrible

I recently returned an item after waiting more than two weeks for delivery. It took almost a month for them to respond and acknowledge that they received the returned item. I never wore the item (shoes) because they were too small and Torrid only refunded 1/2 of the purchase price. RIP OFF!

Girl, I've learned my lesson. First time ordering online, and I live in an apartment, and Torrid automatically requests for the courier service to drop package at door without a signature needed. I didn't know that they do that. Now I'm left with out my order, and being giving the run around in order for the shipper to track where my package went. My package has been stolen from my door when I wasn't home.

SO WARNING TO ANYONE LIVING IN AN APARTMENT BUILDING... DON'T PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE UNLESS YOU'LL BE ABLE TO STAY HOME TRACKING THE PARCEL ONLINE EVERY MINUTE OF THE HOUR, ALONG WITH OPENING YOUR DOOR EVERY MINUTE OF THE HOUR TO ENSURE YOUR PACKAGE DOESN'T GET STOLEN.
