They are the most consistent in sizes that I have found - so depends on what store you are comparing them to and your body shape. I am kind of boxed shape (except for cutting in under the bust I am big everywhere) - they run smaller than Lane Bryant for me - but for my friend who is chest heavy she wears the same sizes at both.
In comparison to most regular sized stores I size down - like I am a 4x at Old Navy - a 3x at Torrid.

I find them true to size. I am a size 3 in their panties and have never had a size issue. They seem to run very consistent in size.

They are inconsistent and that is a definite problem. I have t-shirts from them from two size groups. Some fit. Some don't. Cardigans are also a problem for me. I haven't dared to try pants.

The clothing are true to size. I'm am I size 6, but in babydoll tops I can get away with wearing a size 5 depending on the material.

Excellent question, mine as well. I hear they are not so good with returns, but hopefully, if we order the correct sizes, we won't have to...
