on 1/8/18I'd say that's pretty accurate right now. I placed an order in April and 6 days ago mine shipped. Won't be here until June 6th
I would recommend double checking your order status in your Torrid account. The email they sent me that my order had shipped said all 4 items were sent. My Torrid account says they only shipped 3, and canceled the 4th item. I have tried contacting them 8 times now about why and have received no answers. I wish you luck!
Torrid makes unrealistic promises of shipping and processing of orders and has no real customer service. Only people that can read to you from a screen that is the same one you can see on your own. They have great clothing but if it is not in inventory at a store where you can pick it up don't bother ordering if it is something you actually need within a month.
