on 6/13/13It says that everything is guaranteed authentic but you have to know your stuff to know if it is authentic. Tradesy people don't see the items unless it is sold and the buyer complains about authenticity. So if you put your trust on tradesy, you are 100% WRONG and will get scammed.
I sell there, but thinking about pulling my items. I just noticed that all my stuff that sells for less than $50 is subject to "non-refundable Final Sale policy." Based on that I wouldn't buy from Tradesy. I can't remember another etailer or store that has that policy. I've returned things to TJ Maxx a year after purchase with tags and got a "store credit". But they also allow you up to 30 days to return for cash / credit card refund.
That s my case. I ll stay away from this site.
I sell there. I would not recommend it. There are very bad experiences on both the buyer and seller for this site. I sold some shoes which were switched out by the buyer. Without even contacting me they refunded the buyer and sent me back not the original shoes I sent to her but the ones that were switched out by the buyer. They do not allow you to speak to the Returns department as they say "there are no phones in that department"... really... who does not have a phone in a returns department? If they do not have phones in the returns department you probably do not want to do business with them either as a buyer or as a seller.
