I have called and emailed several times regarding an item that came to me broken and FAKE! I never got 1 phone call in 2 weeks. Do you really have customer service people who speak with customers bc I never had that experience. I kept getting emails from Camille who ignored every question I asked, which only upset me more. NO ONE likes to get IGNORED, especially when spending a thousand $$$$

I just had a worst experience with customer service also. I bought a chanel bag over $3K and the condition of the bag received was not the same as what was listed. The authentication card was also missing and there was no dust bag as listed. When I tried to complain & return the item, Blair said that the bag left the headquarters in perfect condition. How did the two big black marks were there within 5 second I got it if it left the headquarter in perfect condition. Instead of trying to solve the issue with the seller about the auth card, she said I could re-list the item to recoup the fund? There was no sign that the item was on final sale. If I knew there were no authentication card and the item was on final sale, I would not spend over $3K for the bag. It was the worst experience of customer service they've had. Lesson learnt and I will not do any business with this site anymore. I will write to BBB and I hope people will do the same.

Incredible how this company is allowed to trade, is there nothing that can be done under US consumer laws? I am not a US citizen or I would take this on. My story is similar of it left them perfect and arrived to me then I chose to damage it. The seller an sure was fully aware of the damage and it was like some people here my stupidity, this site is expensive had I gone to louboutin I would have paid same or less. I wish you luck and I am now thinking of reporting this site to a consumer group.

I can't get even a contact number to the company. They charged me a re-stocking fee for an item listed as new and when I received it was obviously used. They debit my account in a flash but returns are brutal. Good luck. I will pay full price for something rather then deal with this company.

I also had problems with this site. I had bought a lot from this and usually liked what u bought. When I received something I didn't I did not bother with returns I usually gave to daughter. But the last thing I bought was a LV never full GM. Like new condition. It had little pieces of trash in it as well as stains. When I ask before I paid I got a message telling me "I'm sure you will be happy, this is one of our best sellers" I was not. They charged me to restock and return. Which I thought they should waive due to me asking and getting confirmation on it. When I went to the mall at the LV store it was only $100.00 more to get from there.
Now I do wonder if some bags I received are authentic. But will not shop there any longer. Good luck

Hi -- So sorry to hear you got sucked into this website! No I never talked to anyone. I couldn't find a phone number. When I asked for a contact phone number from the person that answered my email the question was ignored. I am pretty sure it's a federal internet crime if you are out thousands of dollars. My best suggestion would be us to dispute the charge with your credit card company and file a Internet fraud claim with the government! Not sure how they can stay in business with the way they 'run' their business!
