True accord reached me via email stating i had ignored them and all their efforts to reach me. i did call them and they wanted me to provide my identity by providing my address and old address, phone number, ss# and d.o.b. if infact they are a debt collections company they would have my information and not me provide it on a recorded line. i also requested that they call me and to this date the only communication is via email.
