I have made a number of payments to True accord for a LVNV account (Which true accord has made No positive payment history to any of the Bureaus. Help?
is true accord engage a helpful company to clear debts? legit and on time with the job?
How do I make a payment and why is no one answering my emails?
True Accord reached me via email stating I had ignored them and all their efforts to reach me. I did call them and they wanted me to provide my identity by providing my address and old address, phone number, ss# and d.o.b. If infact they are a debt collections company they would have my information and not me provide it on a recorded line. I also requested that they call me and to this date the only communication is via email.
