It seems to be a legit company, but with terrible service and ethics.
To me they seem like both, you may or may not get your contacts has been my experience with this company. My first pair took 27 days to arrive afyer it shipped out and my 2nd order is still out there somewhere as of April 30th last known tracking was May 12th. Their company rarely answers emails or direct messages on fb either.
It legitimate I have order quite a few contacts from them
