Every thing I have ordered has been advertised and delivered new. I have seen events where pre- loved merchandise has been offered, but I have not purchased from these particular events.

They have both new and used. My purse was advertised as leather and I don' t think it is.

Some of the items are! Be careful with this site, my order was cancelled and it took weeks to get my $ returned on my credit card! Then I had fraud charges on my credit card, can't prove it came because of using this site, but it was a new card never used it, but on this site and Walmart!

If they're used, I think they're called "pre-loved" I bought what was advertised as a Coach handbag, but it was a fake. It came in a plastic wrap, not a cloth cover, and had no registration number. Other things also made it a fake... no YKK on the zipper, and Coach on a brass plate on the outside, not embossed in the leather. I'll never shop with them again, and I'll never recommend them, but I've been sick and didn't return it.

My experience has been they are all new; come in original boxes or in plastic, if appropriate. If they don't have same, ie., like linens or pocketbooks, I wouldn't know since I've not ordered such... the one piece of jewelry (very inexpensive) I did order came in a very small sealed plastic bag which is appropriate. SOME THINGS can be returned, but be sure you know that, too.
