Guys Help me Out ! This is my first time purchasing clothes from URBAN OUTFITTERS for USD107. And i'm living in Malaysia. The question is they told me my estimated date to delivery and reach to my place is around 10-12 days but now its been more than 15 days already and i have no news about my packages. I check my tracking system and the tracking system stops at May 9 2017 in Transit Country, after that no more news until now. The worst part i even email dam a few times asking about my package and they are IGNORING me! I dont care about the package anymore at least a refund or they can resend me another package but they dont even replying me. USD107 is alot for me. What should i do? Can i call the bank and ask them to cancel the charge?
