I was curious regarding the tax base on my home and happened up on US Realty Records. Figured I would waste $1.25 to see where it took me. Wow! Everything I could have possibly asked for was right there before my eyes! If you require information on your home, this is the site for you

My uncle just passed away.
We needed to find out if his ex-wife was still on the deed.
This site helped me clear this situation up. (She's not, thank god)

If you know your own market, this is a great way to sell your home without expensive commissions. The company listed our house on all the major listing services, updated our information for open houses quickly and was easy to work with. Saved us thousands in fees.

Somehow I was looking up a property, thought it was $1.95 turns out they charged me $19.95 for 3 months. Im not sure how I even got to them. Beware! I have 2 other MLS services. Will also dispute on my credit card.

Looked up my own home to see what details are listed in this website's report. There was 1 inaccuracy pertaining to the number of bathrooms in my home. The report says 2 but it's actually 2.5 bathrooms, which is very different from just 2 baths when a real estate appraiser goes through. Also, police and school districts are not listed correctly. So the report is kind of "whatever." Im not too upset as it only cost $0.95- but I imagine it being a matter of principle for others to get a better and more accurate report regardless of the cost. Try another site before using this one, unless you want to pay a $1 to find out the square footage of your home's living space :)

Everything looked good but some of the info was wrong, it was built in 1994 and it has never had central air, I wish it did. I think it's awful a person can lose their home because they could not pay the taxes, and waiting on disability takes so long! This world sucks!

This is a scam. As many have also written, they offer you a cheap report, then begin charging you for a premium monthly membership for $20/month. I called to dispute it and they were not willing to refund my money, only the last month (despite what the guy responding to these reviews says). Beware of giving them your credit card information.

I just wanted some quick info on a property I'm considering putting in an offer on. You can't beat the price, $1.25. Potentially, it could save you thousands of dollars by not getting into a bad deal.

Just had problem not able to print out my paid for report. Not sure on accuracy of value or market value of this property, seems far too low. Yard is large for city. House on outside looks decent enough. Another site said it had inside sq. Footage of 1,099, not your reported sq. Footage of only 1,072. Small difference I know, but for buyer perhaps every little bit of extra space does matter. Had great picture up on May 4,2016 of house and yard, but OTC and city utilities seem to be making large changes in near future over in that area.

US realty records has a very comprehensive place where you can go to find the ownership of a property and everything you need to know about the properties in the information and what you put in so it's a great tool for real estate investors or anybody else in the real estate industry looking for information on a particular home.

Do not use realty records, I used them for a one time search which was to cost only $. 95 cents. They then signed me up for a premium service at $19.95 per month without my knowledge. Tried to get my money back and they refused.

While I understand this isn't an actual appraisal, they do a good job using their tools available on their site to give a number that makes a lot of sense to me. It's right around where I thought it would be. Process was super easy.

This was so easy. Our dad died last week. We could not find the tax bill that due tomorrow. We got parcel number
And paid it on online. Total time it took 10 minutes. The price was next to nothing for this service.

Some of my growing-up years were spent in this home, and I was happy to see its current status and some changes. Thank you for providing this service. It was so easy. There actually is one more bathroom off the back bedroom. And the enclosed sleeping porch in front could be used as a small fourth bedroom in addition to the three full-sized bedrooms (not two).

Not enough info on this report and other reports cost a lot more. All i wanted to find out was what my dad's house sold for recently. That could of been at least included in this report. So i paid and never got what i wanted. Thank anyway at least i only spend a little bit. If there are any other charges please cancel as i don't want anything else. When i go home i can walk in and get it for free. Thanks.

Very useful... detailed enough for use in tax preparation for long term positive results... I'm on a pay-as-you-go payment plan but the monthly plan would be really fine for tax pros (and others) if they need detailed history on real estate property (especially Nassau County, Florida). This data is basically mandatory for IRS audits to prove basis and depreciation data on any and all federal income tax returns. Like I said earlier, I like it and recommend it locally!

I as many others wanted information on my house and lot. It was stated I could get this for $1.25. Not true... they continue to ask for more money and reach $19.95. What a shame when you think you have really hit upon a site that will give you the answers you seek. As far as I know at this moment, there will be no further charges but I will keep checking my credit card account and report them there as well as getting any future charges returned.

I did a search for a house and it ask me to buy 0.95$ report I was like ok, so I bought it, entering my credit card information I was skeptical but I did It anyway. It clearly states 0.95$ purchase on the website, next day I saw 2 charges in my banking app. 1 for 0.95 other for 19.95. I emailed them and they didn't had any explanation and gave me my money back. Probably they automatically put be on monthly 19.95 subscription, now that's a scam I bet half the people don't realize those charges on the bank accounts until it's too late. It can go on for years. But yeah I got my refund but no apology or explanation from the company.

I'm trying to find the owner of 5027 Fordham ave Kalamazoo Michigan. My father left a will stating that upon his death, it was suppose to be shared or sold out and decided between me and my sister. Im not sure what happened or why I was not contacted. I have a copy of the will and last testimony. Who can I contact. I would send an attached picture but I don't want personal info displayed at this time with the advice of my attorney.

I was just looking to check the real value of our home for a tax appraisal protest. I didn't want to be contacted by a local real estate agent. This report was available instantly, and cost less than $2. You can't beat that!

I wanted to see how much my house could sell for. I was impressed with all the information this site provided for me, including pictures! Seeing what similar properties sold for was also quite useful. Now I just need to find a buyer so I can purchase another house I'm interested in. 5 stars!

This record search was helpful. My only disappointment was that I didn't see a year the house was built. We really wanted to find that out. Some of the information did not seem to be updated like how many bathrooms for instance.
