if a dress I order does not fit - can I return for a full refund?

We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to return your purchase for a refund, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your dresses and obtain a "Product Return" form which must be included with your package.

You are qualified to get the full refund if your dresses are defective, damaged or mis-shipped. For your return, please make sure the dresses are in their original conditions and include an explanation and photographs stating the reason.

Our after-sale staff will offer you satisfactory solution timely no matter the dress is in standard size or custom size.
