I bought two dresses. Both stunningly beautiful. Hand-tailored, top-of-the-line fabric. Took them to my local seamstress for minor alterations for the perfect, custom fit. When buying, take your measurements, and the size from their sizing chart that fits closest. Then take to a local seamstress for your final fitting (if necessary).

I truly look forward to wearing my dresses. One for my upcoming marriage- wanted simple, elegant, knee-length, pink. One as a guest at a wedding, same day.

Of course this isn't going to be high quality so don't have your expectations to high. I had a sequin bridesmaids dress custom made and it turned out gorgeous. I paid $150 that could of been $350 if I would have ordered it from another website. There customer service is outstanding! They helped me find the dress. I recommend risking it if you are on a budget.

For ordering a dress online, this far exceeded my expectations. I thought the top was lace but it is actually beading, which I like better. Only 2-3 beads were loose, it is very good material and well-made. I got it with custom sizing, and it only needs to be taken in across the shoulders a teensy bit. Only thing I can think of that could be better - the slip is not stretchy so it makes bending down a little tough but not bad (although not see-through at all so it does its job).

I received order yesterday Jan 21,2016 and it didn't fit when I try to call customer service or email my message gets rejected. I'm very upset that a company that suppose to be there isn't when u need a quick return. Bad Review

My experience with Vbridal is also very good. My dress exceeded my expectations based on the price. NOT cheap at all. I was worried about the quality of the fabric, especially the lace. But it turned out to be great. And the customer service was very helpful. All my questions were answered fast. When I had a problem tracking my order, they helped me fix it. Will definitely order again from them. Can't wait to wear my beautiful dress...

I wanted a simple wedding dress which I could not find in person. I was recommended this site and spend hours pondering whether or not it was a good idea to order unseen.
This has turned out to be a wedding dress which has far exceeded my dreams and hopes.

My daughter was getting married this year and it took me several months to choose the perfect dress for her big day until I came across Vbridal. I was truly shocked by how many extraordinary dresses they have and how cheap they are. I even thought that it may be too good to be true. But I was desperate. So I took my chance. Everything worked out. My daughter's wedding was a great success and I am really happy that I chose Vbridal. Highly recommended.

I must say I am very happy with this purchase. My wedding dress is very beautiful. The workmanship is good and the fabric is fine. However, the customer service is outstanding. Responses are always fast, efficient and polite. I accidently sent wrong measurements but luckily they noticed and contacted me. Thanks to their work I had the chance to correct my mistakes and now have a dress which fits like a glove. Thank you very much! Highly recommended!

I special ordered a dress, which arrived larger than what I asked for. After being denied a return I claim with my bank, they reversed the charges. Vbridal promptly reversed their answer. They gave me instructions for returning the dress, which I did on June 5,2017 and I have yet to see my refund. I have spoke with them numerous times, was assured that the funds would be transferred to my paypal account but still I have yet to see them. This has been a horrible experience. Ugly dress, awful customer service and an enormous disappointment. Do not order a dress or anything else from this dishonest company.

Like most I was nervous after reading some of the reviews, however I am happy to say that my entire process was pleasant, my dress arrived exactly as pictured, the quality, fit and material are great!

I am very happy to say that my wedding dress is fabulous. It is beautifully made, well finished with delicate embroidery. The fabric is smooth and of high quality. And I LOVE the long train. My friends are all shocked by how cheap the price is for such good quality. Best website ever!

I was having a hard time finding a dress for my daughter's wedding and feel in love with a dress on the Vbridal site. The whole experience was great. One of their reps chatted with me to help make sure I knew exactly how to order. They asked for precise measurements and even contacted me when one of my measurements seemed off compared to the others (and they were right - I'd measured wrong. Creation and shipping were actually a little earlier than anticipated and the whole result is a beautiful dress that I'm going to feel very confident in.

I don't know where to start. I'm completely overwhelmed. The dress is simply the most beautiful thing I've ever seen or ever owned. The workmanship in the dress is over and beyond expectations. I would like you to thank the person/each person who worked on the dress for me - perfect job. Delivery was incredible - dress arrived before I even thought about expecting it. I ordered my evening dress for my party here and i do not regret it. I ordered a long principessa dress with elegant beads. It was so beautifully made. The workmanship was excellent. I received much more compliments at the party than last year. People kept asking where I bought this fantastic dress and I of course had recommended Vbridal. I received compliments on the dress at my daughter's wedding. I was, however, disappointed that the dress was not as presented in the photo. The netting on the upper portion was white and not nude or a skin tone. You should inquire the customer what color netting they would prefer. The dress was still pretty and fit me very well. All those I have contacted with your company have been very professional, but there seems to be a slight language barrier at times.

I was disappointed with the dress and jacket I ordered custom made to my measurements. However, the company refunded me the cost of the outfit, and allowed me to keep it. After making a few alterations, I was able to wear the dress to my granddaughter's wedding, and it looked lovely. The replacement jacket they sent me was still a bit tight in the upper arm area, but not too uncomfortable. I would recommend that if you are ordering custom made, be generous with your measurements - you can always alter it to take it in, but not let it out. I would also advise ordering a couple of color swatches before placing your order, as my fabric did not match the swatch on the computer. I was very happy with the way they resolved my problem.

Your product did not fit properly. I ordered a custom made dress the sleeves are too tight and the waist sits 2" below my waist. You people tell me you will refund my credit card $80 then all of a sudden your company says my bank has to do a charge back. The bank doesn't but the bank said you could refund $80 the cost of alterations direct to the card. Instead you say you cant and you issue a $80 credit for alterations to PayPal. Super frustrating all the way around. I didn't expect to have my money held for 21 days. This is the best review I can give with all the hassle I have been through to just at least get my alterations paid for.

I ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses for my daughters wedding. I measured both girls and ordered the size from vbridal size chart. The dresses were not custom made, never gave them measurements. We received dresses and they are huge. Both girls breast are not covered at all. Terrible made and terrible fitting dresses.
I contacted their customer service to return dresses as they are not made to size. They have refused to refund me the money. They have offered me % off for another order or they have finally offered me 20% of my purchase price of dresses(after several emails to customer service)
They say dresses were custom ordered and can not be returned... I ordered 2 size 6 dresses with no custom measurements given.
Terrible website. Do not waste your money here.
