I need kindly your help, we tried to buy a tickets on Monday 16.1., but we have received the informations that the payments were not accept - transaction was not succesfull . After that we were keeping to buy the tickets,because we wanted to get them for sure. After all trying we got the mails with information : the orders were not confirmed till we would send another informations about the owner of the card We did not send to you anything. So we thought that we didnt buy any tickets on Monday 16.1.. But within the week the payments were succesfully send to your account.

Now we are badly suprised that so many orders were confirmed and the payments went to you. Can you please check the situation and help me cancel all orders which went wrong by your side? I mean there was mistake on your side because we werent informated about the succes of buying the tickets at all. I think that you had got a problem with your website on Monday 16.1. - so many people tried to buy a tickets fo U2 concert.

Because we were not informed about getting the tickets , we decided to buy the tickets for Amsterdam U2 on 30.7. - we succesfully boght it yesterday ( order no 8860236, paid from the same card as others )

Please cancel orders 8863574 - 769,66 , 8790307 - 765,55 , 8789558 - and return all our amounts to our account of owner.

i think that its not our mistake, your website didnt work well at all, we did not have a chance to get to know our succes of buying the tickets. Otherwise we have to postpone this matter to our bank and they will contact you as it was not clear transaction from your side.
