I bought tickets to Maroon 5 a few weeks ago - still haven't received them and the show is on 3 days. I'm travelling for this show (from Perth to Melbourne), but at this rate it seems I won't be getting my tickets. Had one email response which just seemed to be generic. I'm not happy or impressed.

Viagogo? Abandon hope and plead with your bank to get your money back. In the mean time close your account that they may have details of, they have a habit of withdrawing money for themselves.
