I would refer them to the guarantees they make a noise a out on the their own website and threaten to to sue them for clear breach of contract. They will try and blame their source but your contract is with Viagogo, not with their source. It is their responsibility to screen their sources for authenticity, not yours, so you. A not be held accountable for their own business failings
If the tickets are fake then Viagogo should compensate you and take the matter up with their source. You will have to make an awful lot of noise on the phone and via social media to focus their minds though, as they will try and wiggle off the hook!
