It depends on the arrangements that they make with you and it varies. Sometimes I've had them posted in advance and sometimes have had to wait till the day - it may depend on the seller I'm guessing, and what format the tickets are in. If in doubt ( eg you're travelling away from home before the concert), email them and ask.
Be very careful Mandy. If Viagogo doesn't send you the tickets you bought or if you need some type of customer service for a problem, you will likely not get any. Viagogo is fine until there is a problem. When a problem occurs, Viagogo is not your friend. They are your enemy. That's my opinion and my experience.
