Impossible - these jerks never answer phone or email.

Was very easy one short call. Answered my questions immediately and was very polite.

The customer service is AWFUL - they're totally unresponsive.
Nearly impossible lol they will hang up on you, push you back in the queue arbitrarily, and ignore your emails.
Impossible. You wait in que for hours and when you get thru you go to voicemail. They never answer! Also they have never replied to my emails.
I called them for 4 days straight no one answers. Left voice mails with no response. I'm not even sure their customer service exists at this point
It is next to impossible to reach anyone at VIvid racing. After being told that my order would ship in one week, then in another week, then one more week. I can no longer reach anyone at the company at all.
Impossible, call times are long and then you are either disconnected and or sent to voice mail after 10 plus min of waiting
Very, very hard to get any communication from them through email.
It's a full time job trying to get answers and impossible to get them to fix their screw-ups!

Impossible! And when you do half the time they disconnect you mid way through the call. They'll also tell you they'll get back up with you but wont. This companies a joke. I couldn't run my business like that
