on 2/12/17Misleading advertising, inferior products, make you pay to return products, generic answers when you complain, as though one shoe fits all, not a customer centric. Company, absolutely disappointed with them, I thought nonsense like this had stopped 20 yrs ago, people In lockdown due to virus and some companies using the opportunity to sell rubbish online with fake advertising - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM save yourself the frustration, money and waste if your own preciouse time - they really don't care about you at all
Item showed in stock, then were told it was not. They could not give use a new date. Then eventually it was back in stock, but had to tell them it was on back order for us. The incorrect item arrived, and then the excuse was that it was incorrectly described but there was very little difference! Really, 700 watt vs 800 watt and 20l vs 23l, makes a big difference. Shows their attitude!
As both a customer and a lawyer I can totally confirm Douglas M's comment posted on 28 November 2020. Their policies and customer service are seriously flawed. When I raised issues with them, their responses appeared as if communicating with a bot. I too would advise against placing orders with this company should a similar product be available elsewhere. It saddens me to post such a negative comment (out of character for me), but honesty requires a frank review.
Extremely reliable service, I've been buying from Wayfair for three months without any issues
Used it once, product delivered quite quickly, didn't have an issue with them.
Hope this helps
