You have to call the company and attempt to get them to cancel it. The best option I've seen is to cancel the entire card they are using and then they don't have access to your money anymore. Because when I tried to cancel with the company... since I had made more than one logo, I had a few of those phony accounts. And they attempted to suck my money for all of the logo's I purchased. So, when I called they didn't close them all and I ended up disputing the charges with the bank who returned my money and cancelled the card. No more charges and I got my money back for what they did charge.
