I ordered a beanie and blanket from these guys on Oct 29th and it still hasn't shipped yet. Every time I ask about my order, they say "We've requested an update from our fulfillment centre"
Has anybody ordered from them and recieved their stuff? I'm starting to get bad vibes from this company. I hope I'm wrong.

Once in a while they really ship something to a customer. Then that customer submits a positive review on their facebook account. I posted a negatieve review there and it was immidiatedly removed. They also cannot be contacted through phone or through postal addres. Only through email. These are all alarming signs.

Same here. Ordered a beanie Nov 4 and still nothing. Now the site goes through fandom feed.com and you can even message them on Facebook. I think we all got scammed unfortunately. Sad because I was really looking forward to the hat...

Same here. I ordered something back in September and and it's now November 16... still nothing! I'm beyond pissed at this company, especially with how they aren't communicating with me about this ridiculous lag. The fact that there is no phone number for the company screams red flag to me. I'm starting to think we were robbed.
