It is not a membership and you can order whenever you want and the prices are usually the best
No more than 5 days it depends on when you order it if that lands on a weekend but I usually get pretty quickly
When you are picking your bottles, it clearly states when no longer available. Never had a substitute sent.
They are quick to fix any delivery problems. We had two errors with Fedex and Wine Insiders responded immedistely to our satisfaction
This is a very good price. I wait until they offer a price like this and then order wines that I have previous found to be very good. So take advantage of this deal and order a selection. Keep notes of what you like and reorder it the next time a deal like this comes up.
