I apologize for that, what we can do is either provide you with a credit or a refund for those wines depending on the form of payment, there would be no need to return the bottles that you have. Please let me know what you would prefer to do.

Just let them know of your experience, and they will credit your account for the price you paid, or even a little more in my case. No questions asked.:-)
I emailed customer service and they were fast and courteous. I have ordered probably over 100 bottles from them over the years and only needed to take advantage of the guarantee once- they were great about helping me out
They send a notice inside every shipment with a phone number to call about refunds; I've never returned any so I don't know exactly what the process is.
I would recommend writing an honest review of the wineon their website. I'm sure they will respond.
