If I can save just one of you from these people with no common sense this is a review worth writing. Im in business for myself and purchase many items from Wish/ Geek. The most recent is I was looking at car parts around June 22 and what your able to do is click on a item and get more info which i did with a door lock devise and recall saying to myself " Glad i dont need that for my car cause it was expensive and like all the others i just clicked back to the regular menu and thought nothingof it till it arrived on my porch. I see people all the tiime in thor reviews in the app ccomplain of not orderiing somethong and they get fruustrated and its notthe first time this has happened to me so i requested a refund. First theym said they need a photo of the itemto do the refund whh I have no problem wot,, but here is where it shws the lack of integrity, decencty, morals, character, and leadership comes in. They liitterally diid something on their end to make ot impossible for me to send them poictures now, that way they wont have to refund approximately 50% of what Ii orderfrom these people. I know they dod cause i took my phone to AT&T where i purchased ot and they went through my phone and said the issue isnt my phone cause ts workoing fine and all updates are up to par. They rtoldme the oisse loes woth Geek which i knew all along. Another reason I know they dod that ois becase now when i try oto return anything they start off bty telling me to send a photo and they will refund my order. They have never done that since i startd dealong wththem 1.5 yrs ago. They sent me alonktotake a picturwe and download it to them which i didand this is the part that drove mecrazy and im just happy none of them was in my range. After tellong me totake the poc and they will refund me, which i did they asked now for e to send ot back to chinabut I pay for ot. I went through the roof. I could not belove they asked that of me after them knowing I dodnt order ot in the first place
I already complained to the BBB and after no resolution cause Wish stopped responding, they told me to call Consumer Affairs but they dont deal with my type of complaint. My lawyer is willing to tear them a new one cause they owe me more than $800 in refunds that they said they refunded but the numbers say different. Dont want to waste money on a lawyer so i have someone else thats waiting on me to send paperwork of this scam they've been puling on me and continue to pull on me. This next entity can and will give back the headachs theve been giving me 10 fold and its no cost to me and they are very eager for the info i have, im guessing im not the only one that is tired of the games they play.
Stay tunned for the conclusion, you wouldnt want to miss this. I wasnt goin to do it cause for a little while my orders straightened up, but they are acting all out disrespectful now, so i plan to do as oi promised them, (if i dont get my refund I promise you hell. I dont make empty promises.
