Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

I would never shop Wish again. Yes, the prices are cheap... as well as the merchandise. Still waiting for 2 items to finish out my order... I sent the order 3 months ago. Not excited about getting them,,,,,, will be the same poor quality as the other items..

Definitely not! The website took money from my bank without asking twice and tried to set up a direct debit where they took money from it every month and denied this when I asked, my bank informed me they were lying. Please take my advice and do not shop on there I will never get my money back but can stop others from making careless mistakes

The only bad experience I had is sometimes receiving the product late. I also received refund of products. Sometimes you receive products earlier than the estimated date. I will continue ordering my products from Wish.

Wish is garbage! By directly from China off of eBay & cut out the middle man! Items are low quality at best... they run 10 sizes too small. Stitched hap hazardly. I have received items with holes, one sleeve longer than the other. Then they tell you you'll get a refund! Yeah Good Luck with that! What a joke! So if you have money you just want to give away you can send it too me. Annie

They don't respond to emails if you are missing parts of the products and you email them about it they ignore you. I went through PayPal and escalated the order which gives them 10 days to respond. If they don't answer in that 10 day period PayPal will refund you the money.

I am wondering if there is two different wish sites. I have been ordering for almost a year from wish and order on an almost weekly basis. I have never had any problems. Items have always come before the expected delivery date. Yes a couple of items came that I suppose you could say were a little under quality but then the prices you pay I don't expect satin and lace. I have ordered clothing, jewellery, medical supplies and gadgets and not once had an issue. I have recommended wish to all my friends and now even my mum buys from them.

The ring I ordered was delivered on time, very poor quality however. The ring my husband ordered has yet to come... The are the only two times we have used it. The other suppliers on the site may be better in quality and price. I do plan on giving them a second chance.

The old saying you get what you pay for. Some products are good and even some of the cheap price stuff is not bad.
It does take a while to get stuff but for the price you're paying, just know you will wait for a while. But I've always got what I ordered.
I had a problem with some car front recording cameras that woul only dis play in Chinese. With no options to change language.
I requested my refund of almost $50.00 because I bought four of them and pleasantly surprised my refund came to me in full in about 2 weeks.
I will buy from Wish again.

I'll put it to you like this. Only put out what you don't mind losing. When all goes well you'll be happy about your purchase "sometimes". I don't spend a fraction of what I used to spend, but if I had to put a percentage on it, I'd say that 55%of the till me I ordered something from them I've run in some problem with my order in some fashion or another.

I have answered this question numerous times and I always say the same thing. Check people's reviews! If it is cheap, or fits small, people will comment. I have ordered numerous times and never had a problem. If it has taken longer than stated, I have contacted customer service and they have asked me if I want to wait or want a refund. Depending, even when I request a refund, I have always received the item, eventually. Bought gorgeous watches and such for $3-$11. I ordered a $75 purse and didn't use it for about 6 weeks and the 2nd week, the zipper broke. Wrote customer service with a picture of the zipper as it was stuck in the middle and within an hour they refunded my money. Didn't even have to send it back. I wouldn't buy clothing unless you are tiny. Sized for Asian market and tiny. I wear a medium, and the one blouse I bought, just fit and it was an xxl and the quality wasn't the best!

If you are a person who cannot wait for your item to arrive and have high expectations on a product despite what you pay, Wish, is not for you.As I said before, research before you buy, some items worth the time and price. Not recommend it for electronics, cloth, most of them run way to small. Good for kitchen items, some accessories like phone cases, beauty items, even home deco. Read description, seller, reviews. Etc. Before buying.

If u do just be careful. It's not always like the pitcure. Order way in advance as it takes along time for order to come in and always late. Customer support is very bad and useless

I would not recommend. Products look cheap but u pay shipping and wait for 1 month and then finally they arrive with irregular size as most size mentioned are asian size.

Moreover in pics product look of much better quality but not actually. Look for original pics posted by users using that product.

Yeah still waiting for a special ring to arrive still haven't received it the estimated delivery date was 28th July 2018 getting very angry with this company.

I ordered two harnesses one on January 30,2018 & one on January 31,2018. The harness I ordered on January 30,2018, that was almost to my destination, then suddenly, it says the shipment would be delayed and they would be sending me a new expected delivery date. Now, the harness I ordered on January31,2018, that one also has a tracking number, but it hasn't left the country according to the number. I contacted support but they are no help whatsoever on anything. They refuse to do any kind of refunds unless its passed the estimated delivery dates. Then what, they'll say its passed 30 days and a refund isn't available. Last time I ordered, I got my exact item. I'm starting to believe it was a fluke thing that won't happen again.

I ordered over $600 worth of merchandise and received wrong sizes and half of it never arrived! When you tried to contact them you will never get a response. I "wish" I had read these reviews first!

Just be careful and read the reviews on the sight. Some of the reviews here on jabber are laughable, like the guy who said he hired a lawyer. I've had no problems with Wish after multiple orders.

It's simply hit or miss! Some products you order you will get others not. Refunds very and don't spend more then 15.00 on any one item period. I have been shopping with them for 3 months now and most small things show up except nail polish and some makeup items. Jewelry is like fun stuff and pearls were real. Silver is pretty nice but not high end stuff. I use Apple Pay and still be wise on how much yo life spend. If you can not afford to loose this cash do t buy it here!

I recently installed Wish apps, then I was wondering "Why is it that all stuffs are really cheap?" I've seen the reviews in every items and it's very convincing. I've been a longest costumer in Amazon and all I can say is very reliable company. When I searched how to make purchases about Wish, this bad feedbacks is what ive seen. Then, I've read all the comments on and on. I cant believe what poor costumer service is Wish. I've kept searching they're costumer service and contacts first, since I can't find it, I ended up here searching. I'm wondering, which country if it is in Japan because the prizes written in yen, but still confused because it's written in English language. And no contacts. And now! NO!, DO NOT SHOP HERE!. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND AGGRAVATION. YOU WON'T GET WHAT YOU PURCHASED AND THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM IS A JOKE!... IT SHOWED I RECEIVED DELIVERY OF THE SAME ITEMS TWICE WHEN I NEVER DID AT ALL. GETTING A REFUND WILL TAKE YOU HOURS OF TRYING TO CONTACT THEM. Well the way I buy from Wish.com is I first try to check if it has good reviews I purchase from the seller but if it has little to no reviews I try to avoid those but even if it has good reviews I always keep up with them to see where my item is because you never know how the seller is really I purchased awhile back and I got my item but it took forever to recieve because it was coming from Japan the seller had good reviews so I decided to buy it was well taken care of and well wrapped hope I helped.

I have been using wish for a while now. I buy things from jewelry to clothes to storage items. I don't have any issues except with 1 thing and I was refunded. There are times I have my items before the date sometimes after expected delivery. Yes some things have been small. I have ordered over 100 items from wish and was unhappy with 1.
