They talk a good game in their responses to their negative reviews, but don't be fooled. They do not honor their warranty, and forget trying to get a refund from them. All they will offer is a replacement after you no longer need the product. No refunds even for faulty products. Believe the negative reviews - they are true. Look at all of the negative reviews on this site - there has to be a reason.
It seems so. I can't get a hold of them on their live chat, it seems to not be working for the last couple of days and the live chat workers knew nothing about what was happening with our orders anyway.
The emails I am getting from them are just saying its an update on my order but doesn't say anything about my refund( It is just a generic email).
They gave a generic reply on another site that I review them on saying they have replied and that I need to check with my bank but it is all rubbish, they haven't done anything.
I will give them a couple more days then open a case.
Guys they are cheeting on us. THey never solved my problem and keep saying we will be happy to help you but they never do.
You will lose your money if you buy the worldsim card. All negative review i have read is true. Stay away from them you will lose time and money. There are other simcards with perfect service
I have spoken to them on the phone and on chat. They are pretty fast to get on the line. Can't say that helped with the problem, but they do respond.
