I agree. The service is very bad and they only give you instructions that does not go anywhere. Finally, they promise to answer you with a solution and they never do.
The company will avoid refunds at all cost. They will procrastinate giving you help, then claim you are out of the 14 day window to request a refund, or they will just plain ignore you if you request a refund, then claim you are out of the 14 day refund request period. They do not honor their warranty for faulty products; what good is a replacement after your trip is over and don't need the product any more? This is a fraudulent company and should be put out of business. Stay away!

THey never answer and if they answer they just say we will solve your problem and they never do. Stay away from world sim card. They are cheeting. They just want you to buy the card and then no support. I have called and emailed and open case for 10 times.( i have 10mails) and their answer was " please test again and if there is a problem we are happy to assist you" thats it. No solution, no nothing. I cannot call UK numbers 0044. I have sent 10 emails, I lost money from my job because of the time tryting to connect with them and 2 weeks later, today the answer I received for my 10th email was Dear customer, Please re-test and share latest couple of examples if failed again to investigate this issue further. We will be delighted to assist you with any further queries that you may have. What do you think? It is worth giving their money to them? Definately not. Stay away and try to find other sim cards for calling. Travelsim, gocard, gosim, nowroming and others. STAY AWay people from WORLDSIM card
