How many 1000" s more times am I going to have to watch the clip for Babylon.
This is the worst I have ever had to deal with, they do not want you to return the modem so that they can charge you

Tell me about the modem you supply. Is it also a wi-fi router? What speeds, and so on
WOW customer service now in Central America taking away US jobs. Had to call twice in the last 3 months to get bill corrected. They keep adding extra modem to my bill at $7 a month aling with charging for more adapters than I have resulting in another credit, this time $60. WOW rep had to call back after he figured out the credit, never had this happen before but then again in the past the service rep was not located in another country. And, he wanted my cell # to call ne back, told him to call back on the land line... it is through WOW, you can see it on my account. Bottom line, difficult talking to customer service, internet not great even with upgrade to 50, lots of service outages. Not the same WOW. After 10 years+, I am considering switching.

Well, before you do, you should look up how to connect the device your using to view Netflix and how to set it up with Internet for that. Once that's done and, if you already have a Netflix account, it should be easy to go to the netflix application and put in your username and password.
