WOW customer service now in Central America taking away US jobs. Had to call twice in the last 3 months to get bill corrected. They keep adding extra modem to my bill at $7 a month aling with charging for more adapters than I have resulting in another credit, this time $60. WOW rep had to call back after he figured out the credit, never had this happen before but then again in the past the service rep was not located in another country. And, he wanted my cell # to call ne back, told him to call back on the land line... it is through WOW, you can see it on my account. Bottom line, difficult talking to customer service, internet not great even with upgrade to 50, lots of service outages. Not the same WOW. After 10 years+, I am considering switching.
Didn't realize customer service is now in Central America! The customer service I worked with here in the US were AWFUL! So they're going from BAD to WORSE? Their employees are not any better either.
