SO BAD. Even on THIS forum they said "we will contact you and fix the problem" then they contacted me and this time instead of saying take pictures of you wearing it they said "lay the garments on the ground, get a measuring tape, measure all angles of the product and get back to us with it." TOTAL $#*!S. I reported them to the BBB the other day.
I believe they are operating under several different company names which is something companies here in the US do when people figure out they are fraudulent. Zufal, Sammy Dress, Rosaegal, They're all the same. I believe they're are other companies attached as well. People just need to keep spreading the word and sharing their experiences on social media and after a while people will start to realize that these companies are nothing but a big scam. The reason they get away with it through PayPal is because your getting "something" from them. It may be complete garbage but your getting it. I didn't go through PayPal but if people start reporting them to paypal as a scam maybe they'll stop people from purchasing from them. Hope this helps, Good luck!
After posting my awful review of them and emailing them countless times they offered me a replacement. I must be honest about this and tell you that the item was really lovely and well worth the money. It doesn't fit as it is so small but hey ho. I can give it to a friend. At least I got something for my money. A big lesson. Don't go there again!
For one they are in China. Non American. And secondly, if you look closely... the product is dirt cheap and the shipping cost is most of it included in price. So it's more expensive to return... nobody wants to pay the return and they win. When I received my products it was priced a quarter of what I thought. The other 3 quarters was shipping. They are con artists.
Couldn't agree more with every single person who has commented here. We've just got to spread the word. I returned goods but they insisted on a tracking number but the cost of tracking was the same as the goods so I just sent via normal post. Funnily enough I haven't heard anything. I will keep fighting but ive told everyone to steer clear of this terrible company. Absolutely terrible on every level from product to customer service.
First of all I did not receive half of my items. Please read what I said before making sure how comments. Of course the quality is bad that's why they are so cheap. The thing is when you make a complaint you speak to different to people over the duration of the issue (I spoke to 5). Each time I had to re-explain my issue. They said the reason why I didn't receive the second half of my items is because it was my post offices fault or because I gave them the wrong postage without realising I received the first half of my order fine. I am in the right to complain. Anywho I went through PayPal to get my money back and they helped me. Even after I got my money back Zaful still had the nerve to email me and blame me (for something that was cleary their fault) that I should pay for shipping to have the second half of my items delivered. That my dear is poor service. You're lucky that you received good service. Wait till you don't receive an item then you'll see what they can do.
Same here as far as ab offer of a different item... Im about to re order and see if i get it. If not, I'm completely done with the company and will write back reviews on the facebook website to warn others. So, we'll see how this goes. I will givean update on the reordered item. I've also shopped on Sammy Dress, and haven't had any problems...

I don't know how they get away with it but it is extremely frustrating. I sent in a request to return my items and they told me that they would give me a $9 store credit. I spent $84 at their store and they are going to give me store credit to get more poor quality things - no thank you!
I was given an email to resolve my issue. NOBODY ANSWERED. Personally, I am going to contact a Chinese Government official and make it clear that Zaful is giving their country a bad name. They're sweatshop owners. They get away with it because they operate in countries where the laws are less restrictive. They couldn't care less about the people buying their products.
We paid. We accepted the transaction. There's not a lot we can do except never shop with them again and try to ensure none of our mates shop with them.
And as for Madeline D's smug little comments about not expecting Dior, we didn't. I don't know about you Madeline, but my bloody clothes were UNWEARABLE. As in the halter, which is non adjustable, hangs to my stomach. The straps are so long my breasts are completely exposed.
And as for the tracking, I opted for it too. And it redirected me to a site that is ENTIRELY IN MANDARIN and a tracking number that doesn't work. Not on their site, not on the Australia post site, nowhere.
So Madeline and the like, you had a good experience. You were lucky. Don't crap on the rest of us and try to blame our alleged impatience and high expectations for failures that are obviously on Zaful, not their customers.
Zaful gives you several shipping methods and include an option to track your package and get insurance. If you take the free option and they send it on a slow boat from China, that is your choice. So far I have received all my orders. I live in the USA and choose "standard" which includes tracking. As far as quality, what do you expect at these prices? Designer high end goods? I think not. These are trendy fashions. Don't expect Dior, and you won't be disappointed.
