I would not give a picture I.d. I ordered 4 things from them in the same order. My first shipment I received 2 items. I emailed them To find out why I didn't receive the other two. They emailed me back right away and said they were popular items and I would get an email as soon as it shipped. They also gave me the option to give me credit so I could purchase something else that could be shipped right away. I decided to wait. I never got an email but did get the other two items. Everything I purchased looks just like the pictures. You HAVE to read about sizing though. It's not like in the u.s. I'm usually a small. With there items I'm either a medium or large. Good luck!

Absolutely not, I would not trust that they may try to steal you identity or something, this is a ring of individual operating numerous sites, dresslily etc. Be very cautious.

Absolutely not! DO NOT order from this scam of a company. I learned the hard way unfortunately and I'm going to make sure I let anyone know what a horrible company this is!

No, no retailer I know, would ever do that it is a tactic to make you work for your refund or return

SERIOUSLY. Have your read the reviews? Stay away from them. They are all over the internet as a huge scam.

That is such an odd request for an online vendor. I would stay away from them in general. This sounds like they really are making a go at identity theft. Be careful. If it feels weird, don't do it!

I never did. Concerning the other comments: yes, their sizes may differ, but all you have to do is to read their size chart. The things I ordered have all arrived, although in many different packages at different times. Never felt scammed.

Do not give them any personal information about yourself. They will use it to scam you and rip you off. I am still waiting on an order that shipped Sept 18 2015, this is now 2016. I will never get it. Be careful with this phony company. They never asked me for any id.

I don't know how many languages to say this "stay clear of this company" ZAFUL is a scam company and if you have read the reviews please do so. If you have already made an order hopefully it was not a large purschase and you can consider it a wrap because you literally jump through hoops to make a return or receive a refund.

Hello! No, I wouldnt give them a photo ID. Not sure why they would need that. Make sure it's them asking and not someone portraying as them... other than that, despite the reviews, I would order from themy again. Just make sure you check the size guide and make sure you're not in a rush to get these items. I loved the dresses I ordered they fit perfect and look as described.

I do not know the entire story here so I don't feel qualified to answer, though I do know that any photos you take and share wearing the clothing you purchased (with your permission) are shown beneath the product to give a better idea of what it looks like as a means of assisting customers that are interested in an item so that they can see what they might be purchasing. I would want to know more regarding why an ID was asked of you before answering your other question.

No. I got my order without being asked for it. That's the short answer to your question. They may be asking if you are from another county and not paying with a major credit card or PayPal.

NO -- absolutely not -- do not buy from them -- when they send e-mails and pretend to want to give a refund to make you happy, you can't even open the thing and it is deliberate, I'm sure. Always happens with them!

Absolutely DO NOT BUY FROM ZAFUL. It is a total scam. You will never receive your full order. The clothes you receive look nothing like the website picture. Do not give picture ID to these thugs.

No, it's not; not for an online order. Save your money, and your time, by keeping it moving. The quality of the clothes is horrible!
