I ordered my dress afraid of it not arriving in time, however it only took a week for it to arrive from very far away. They offered me support by letting me track my order and replied quickly to my email. The dress its self is beautiful, lovely quality and fits me perfectly, so so happy cannot wait for my prom!

Dress quality is not as their photos are described on their website. They're very cheap. The fabric is shiny and the lining feels like felt. It takes forever to ship, even with expedited shipping. They claim to have a return policy and when I initiated the return they offered me 10% off for the purchase of the dress. This is not what their return policy indicates. Straight trash!

Complete scammers
I deeply regret ever purchasing from this company. I ordered a dress from them a few months ago, but it was poor quality and not as described, so I promptly returned it. Fast forward three months, and I'm still waiting for my refund.
I've sent over 100 emails to their customer service, and every single response has been the same generic line: "I've escalated this issue." Yet, nothing ever happens beyond that. No confirmation, no timeline, no accountability. It's become clear they're just stalling and avoiding refunding my money.
At this point, I feel completely scammed. Avoid this company at all costs! They'll take your money, and when it comes to refunds, you'll be left chasing them in circles. Worst online shopping experience ever.
I bought the dress £133 and paid another £30 to return it, down the drain. I will my bank to dispute it, I worked really hard to earn that money I am not gonna let a few scammers take. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing.

Ordered a 3 piece suit for a wedding and when I recieved this it was way too small and they tried to tell me it's the correct size, the offered me 10% refund of purchase price which was $199 with postage and I could keep the goods which are absolutely useless to me... I'm disgusted with the customer service I recieved... I would never recommend anyone buying from this website... return address is China so how is this Australian made? Very dodgy

Be careful when ordering here. The sizes are incorrect on the site and their return policy is a lie. If you follow their return policy I t heir website, they will avoid having you send it back. Overpriced dresses at low quality standards and materials.

Dresses here, I paid €139 and on top of that I paid extra for fast delivery. But the dresses still arrived to late. The event where I wanted to wear one of them to had already passed. And the quality of the dresses is sooo bad, it looks nothing like the pictures. I contacted the client service to make a return but according to them I was already to late. I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding. When the dress arrived it was completely the wrong color and they will not make it right or take my return without me paying to return it and placing a new order. How do I know I will get a refund or get the proper dress the next order? AND will it then arrive in time? First pic is dress I received vs. second pic is dress I ordered.

Very poor customer service and will not send proper dress that was ordered. They want me to return the wrong item at my expense and reorder the one that I originally ordered. This is time sensitive and I cannot wait for return and re order especially on my dime.

This company deserves a ZERO star rating. Their customer service number is bogus and you will NEVER speak to a human person regarding your order. My dress took almost 3 months to arrive and when it did arrive, the quality and fit were horrible. Even though I requested to cancel my order before receiving the dress, they still shipped it and are refusing to issue a refund. Order dress and it was delivered 4/10. I had 10 days to notify them. So i did but they said the dress was delivered on April 5th which was a lie. However, I also order a new size immediately because i needed it for a Prom. The dress came late and again not the correct size. Now they are telling me to go to the seamstress to get it sized. That the delivery was in time and the will not refund the money. Do not order from this company. They are not legit. Poor Service.

This is horrific. I could find better quality items on Wish or in a dumpster. The quality is awful, it's not even the same colour and it looks absolutely nothing like the pictures whatsoever. I'd rather dig up my rotting grandmother and wear her clothes than wear this. I paid way too much for an item this $#*!ty and shipping took over 3 weeks too (the website says 6 - 10 business days). Don't waste your time or money!

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY! They are totally unresponsive to emails. Judging by all the other similar negative feedback, it's probably the reason this company has disabled the comments on their Instagram.
I bought a dress that was the wrong fit and I sent a total of 4 emails requesting a return. Heard nothing. Left a negative review and received a response from the company to contact them (surprise surprise).
Did just that, contacted them again, and surprise again, no response. Seriously?

I returned a dress which was too small, the company said they will give me a refund on the email they sent me. I posted a dress recorded delivery so i have proof they have it. I have not received a refund and the customer service will not reply to my emails at all. Will never use this company again which is a shame as i never had a problem in the past.

After emailing them again and providing extensive proof of my previous emails along with pictures of the dress and its packaging, they finally replied, offering only a 10% refund. When I questioned their decision and requested an explanation, they increased the refund to 20%, still without clarifying why they were deviating from their stated return policy. To add to the frustration, despite my numerous emails throughout the day, they responded as if it were our first contact. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I have decided never to order from this company again.
Furthermore, the dress we decided to keep broke within an hour of my daughter wearing it, highlighting its poor quality. In contrast, when I returned two dresses to WINDSOR, another company, I received a full refund promptly. WINDSOR DRESSES upheld their return policy without issue. Shopping at Zapaka is a very disappointing experience. They didn't send any return address or instructions with the delivery and when contacting them it took so long for them to answer that I wasn't able to return the goods on time. They then offered me a 20% refund of my total order (which is less to what I wanted to return - but OK).
Since then almost 4 months have passed and I haven't received any refund or even response from them

This is the first and last time I will order from this company. I ordered a dress which was too big. I have emailed Zapaka several times with no response! I've tried calling their number as well and all it does is ring and no answer! You can't even leave a message! I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering from here. I purchased 5 dresses. The style names were so deceiving / confusing that I accidentally ordered two of the same dresses for two different styles. Instead of getting 5 different styles I got three (with two duplicates). None of them fit well. The return process is an ORDEAL. I had to provide the reason I was returning each one, a photo of each dress and a photo of the label on the packaging. It took over 6 weeks and several followup emails only to get a reply through their chat feature on the their website. This was simply to be provided with an address to return the items. I paid $200 for the 5 dresses which was a great price, but it cost me $90 to return the items to China. Save yourself the money. It's not worth it.
